Amy from the Fortitude Valley store was really helpful. We walked in with a list of pram and car seat/capsule options and she helped us immediately narrow it down based on what we were looking for and what would suit our lifestyle.

Lovely, helpful staff, but not enough of them. We waited 20 minutes then left without buying anything. Also almost no cloth nappy range and no thought for environmentally responsible baby products. Pretty disappointing. Will probably just buy online from now on.
The staff are always so helpful and have really good knowledge of the products. We even had to return a number of items once due to unforeseen circumstances and instead of it being a challenge and painful the staff very understanding and compassionate. Plus the prices on essentials are very reasonable.
Danielle provided us with awesome customer service on 2 occasions - 1 for a pram cover and another for winter clothing. Keep up the good work!
