Extremely poor customer service. Been trying to get a dropped set of keys from elevator shaft for over 7 weeks. Upon scheduling of elevator maintenance, KONE advised they would call me yet nothing was done and the elevator has now been serviced. Appalling customer service.

I called several times to their Melbourne office to arrange a technician to fix the lift in an apartment in CBD. Office staff promised to call back and they didn't. Then send an email to pass the information about the site access. But no one to reply or take the responsibility. Really poor service.

They don't care about their customers once they finish installing. I live in Mainpoint (southbank) and our lift is not functional since 2 months. Don't think so they have a proper servicing system for Melbourne clients.

Probably the worst, slowest and least caring elevator techs there are. I can't even count how many times I've been stuck in my buildings elevator, or how many months it's been since all elevators were working at once as they should.
