À ce prix là, pour du made in France, nous avons reçu une baignoire qui fuit…. 1ere fuite : je resserre la buse et répare moi même la fuite. 2nd fuite : après accord du sav de la marque, j’effectue une réparation moi même avec de la fibre et de la résine epoxy. 3eme fuite : après séchage de la réparation, la baignoire fuit toujours quelques centimètres plus loin. Une passoire !!!! Jusque-là, nous pouvons encore nous dire que l’erreur est humaine, qu’il faut être tolérant. Le sav nous confirme le remplacement de la baignoire. C’était fin janvier 2022. Nous sommes aujourd’hui fin mars, deux mois plus tard, nous n’avons toujours pas reçu le modèle de remplacement. Le minimum aurait été la prise en charge accélérée de la commande de remplacement.
