Seems that they are currently under new management. All the cutleries get changed to new ones, which is very pleasant. Most menus taste still good and the fried rice gets even better. Parking: There are plenty of parking spaces but quite often all the parkings are occupied as there are many other shops in the mall.
This place has a wide range of korean chinese food. We had gan jjajang and seafood udon. Both very generous serving size and priced reasonably. There are no set menus like other korean Chinese restaurants around Auckland. So ordering individual menu seems relatively pricy. Restaurant is very clean. There were very little customers inside when we visited. Service was quick and attentive.
Jjajangmyeon tasted a little different, maybe due to new owners/chefs? Not as good as before... Tangsuyuk was good as usual, very generous with the sauce. Tried out the samsenulmyeon noodle soup and it came with heaps of ingredients!
New ownership Good enough. Young unskilled hall staffs, but not bad. They try their best. More seafood on spicy noddle. Good to go out for family dinner.Food: 5/5
Change of new ownership, great service, big portion food! Very yummy! Spicy Seafood noodle soup was very good! Sweet sour pork well made’ and beef bulgogi was very tasty! Would come back all the time
Reasonable Korean-Chinese restaurant out in West!
Korean restaurant that serve Chinese dumplings/noodles/fried rice's but in Korean way. This restaurant has been around since 1990's and first started out in Takapuna Village on the North Shore. It is has been situated in Henderson for last 20 years or so. Handy location, not far from Motorway off ramp. Food hygiene rated A grade by Council. Good prices with dumpling and set menus. You have to try "fried dumplings" - it is a must. Limited seating so can expect a wait during busy time. Very popular with Korean customer so you can't go wrong. Parking spaces in front. The only thing to look out for is the toilets are shared with other restaurants in the complex in the Corridor at the back. Even though it has signages designated to each restaurants but anyone can use any of the toilets. and it is not clean. But don't let that out you off. Good selection off the menu and really yummy food at great prices.
Great place, service was awesome and quick we had the fried dumplings they where so delicious didn't even get a photo they went that quick, my black noodles were good just needed a bit more seasoning and the chicken was out the gate huge portions and that was medium loved the garlic,spring onions on top and the sauce was delicious, will definitely be back
Customer service was the worst... A girl in the hall made us unpleasant all the time. Asked for something, she didn't look at us but throws on the table then that was it It was the worst dinner we had for the last few years. Never ever will go back there again
Awesome experience! Very friendly staff, great portions and it is all very tasty. Going to be a regular
