All meats and vegetables looks pretty fresh and clean. Not much vegetables though & no dessert But I love their Korean style fried chicken, sweet and sour chicken & fried rice.
The selection of meats had everything from pork, beef, chicken and some seafood. Not as many as some other Korean BBQ places but enough to have something for everyone. The staff was great and quick to refill any items that was running low. Only real complaint was that the place looked old and the walls seemed to glisten with the oils from all the cooking. Otherwise pretty good.
Always out of foods and the staffs there have the habit of "Not" topping up the dishes when the dishes almost out. I thought this is a buffet restaurant where the dishes supposed to be full at all time whether your restaurant packed with customers or not. If you go on the weekend, that is the worst!! Prepare yourself only to eat first round of their serving after that, the next round of serving will be served like 45 minutes later, where most of the time we already loss our appetite to dine further. May be that is Daebak strategy of earning money. Food taste alright, I will give 3/5 for that. At least I still can enjoy their fried chicken wings and their pickled salads. But please Daebak, you opened as a buffet restaurant, please behaved like one. If I can noticed your shortcomings in this area, other will as well. Then people will started to go somewhere else to dine even though you are one of the few Korean BBQ restaurant still operating in Auckland CBD. Please don't allowed your ignorance to your customer needs in vain. Remember, we customers that allowing your restaurant to still be in operation, not entirely about your food. Otherwise we can always dine at top restaurants and bars that surrounds Auckland CBD, but we chosen your restaurant and giving you the chance. Hopefully you will improve and I want to see improvement next time when I dine there again, maybe? Very disappointed customer.
Having lived in Korea for a year and a half, I'm always on the lookout for good Korean restaurants. This one is pretty good. It's a BBQ buffet where you can cook as much as you want. There is a lot of variety when it comes to the meats you can cook and there are also a large number of cooked foods in the buffet. The price is pretty decent for what you can get, though if you are coming here, know it is quite warm inside due to the number of grills inside. Went away satisfied after my meal.
Great place. Completely over did myself and almost couldn't finish my food lmao... Highly recommend, definitely worth my money.

Absolutely the best buffet meal I've had. Huge selection and very affordable. Went to the one near the Sky Casino. Auckland. Thank you. Wheelchair accessibility: Was great for my brother in his wheelchair.
$21 for lunch and eat like there's no tomorrow. Ventilation's not great and the smell lingers on your clothes when you get back to the office. All in all, still worth it. The fried chicken here is noms. Never had this much meat in my life.
Buffet bbq quit nice just the area is a close area so shocking of smoke and smell like a BBQ after all. Price updated lunch $23 and dinner $25. 1.30 hrs for dining.
I enjoy this place so much ! It was great ! This is a korean bbq buffet. Choose your own meat pork, chicken, fish, squid, make your own sauces, lots of side dishes! Even green onion kimchi! Yummy yummy! There are also some rolls, chicken drums in a dif sauces, and tteokbukki. You can eat all you want for $26 per person. Grill until whatever crispiness you want! There are also instant coffee to drink and they have other drink for extra charge i think ? I am not sure about that as I was not interested. I have read previous comments that service is lucking but this is a buffet. You take what you need and as many times you need. The servers wont know whether you want more food or not. They had came to us when we asked to change the gas canister and it was no problem. They are attentive if you need anything. I have seen that they had been looking over the table with ingredients and refilling when needed. So service was just fine ! I was very satisfied with my dinner ! Will come back again!
