I work in retail and I understand that sometimes you can be too busy to answer the phone but for some reason this Kmart never picks up the phone for customer service. I don’t know why I just hope this problem can get fixed in the future.
I’ll leave a 3 star because the girl who served me was nice enough but her and the girl next to her at the checkout counters didn’t stop talking the entire time it was just rude and the girl next to her when the customer said thank you to her she just stuck her hand out waving the receipt as she had her back to them talking to the girl who was serving me, and when originally I was waiting to go to the counter they were both free but were just standing there talking the girl who helps the people at the self checkout had to tell me that they were free. What on earth kind of customer service is that I’m sorry. I kind of felt like saying oh sorry I’m butting in on your conversation while you’re supposed to be doing your job and serving the customer.
The young girl in the change rooms with the big ears is so incredibly rude! I don’t understand what her issue is honestly fire her Kmart! I can see a few other reviews that say the same thing the manager needs to get involved!
The new store is amazing. It's really great to have a full size Kmart for the area so I don't have to go all the way to Joondalup. The store has all the stock and features of a typical Kmart. :
A special thank you to Maria who made an extra special effort to locate the left shoe to a one only pair! I am most grateful of the find as I had tried 5 nearby Kmart stores for this particular shoe!nGreat Customer Service with a most pleasing attitude
