I’ll leave a 3 star because the girl who served me was nice enough but her and the girl next to her at the checkout counters didn’t stop talking the entire time it was just rude and the girl next to her when the customer said thank you to her she just stuck her hand out waving the receipt as she had her back to them talking to the girl who was serving me, and when originally I was waiting to go to the counter they were both free but were just standing there talking the girl who helps the people at the self checkout had to tell me that they were free. What on earth kind of customer service is that I’m sorry. I kind of felt like saying oh sorry I’m butting in on your conversation while you’re supposed to be doing your job and serving the customer.
A special thank you to Maria who made an extra special effort to locate the left shoe to a one only pair! I am most grateful of the find as I had tried 5 nearby Kmart stores for this particular shoe!nGreat Customer Service with a most pleasing attitude
The new store is amazing. It's really great to have a full size Kmart for the area so I don't have to go all the way to Joondalup. The store has all the stock and features of a typical Kmart. :
Phones are never answered!nStaff in-store acknowledged they don't work and never did.n1800 customer service number also acknowledged issues with the Whitfords store phones.nBizzare that after all this time many reviews yrs old their phones have still not been fixed!nAlso worth noting that low stock means no stock!nFortunately the lady on the 1800 customer service number was able to locate the item in another store and contacted the store manager ......30km drive and I got my item.
The young girl in the change room is so incredibly rude! Every time I go in there she hits every with extreme attitude. You work at Kmart not a high end store you need a reality check treating people like that young lady.
