On the 6th May I had to return an item to Big W at Whitfords. I’d purchased the item online and the process was confusing. Let’s just say I’ll never purchase from the Big W website again. EVER. The supervisor on duty at the time was helpful, polite, understanding and respectful. I was becoming increasingly frustrated with the situation. Judy took control and fixed the issue and I left the store with the issue resolved. Thank you.
I shop there often and always happy with my purchases. I went to use the change room the other day to try on some outfits and was absolutely disgusted with the state of them. The curtains should all be binned and the walls scrubbed and painted and the floors look like they haven't seen a mop in forever. Cleaning staff should not have a job and same goes for their supervisor. Surely others have complained?
nice and clean store very organised and well arranged of clothes display to choose Very tidy ! I bought kids clothes and am happy with the appearance well presented ! not crampled neat .
Large selection and very big store. Quite messy though.
Big W does not have direct telephone contact with the stores in WA at any time. This makes it impossible to find out if there is stock of any particular item.nSo much for their use of technology and customer service.
