So, they are happy to pay a useless person at the door to check into your bag, totally illegal!nThey are happy to pay for another traffic officer to direct customers to the till, but then no one is there to charge you? All self-service? Zero service and had to leave a full trolley in the middle of the shop, no one there to pay to.
Well organised and neat Kmart compared to others. The checkout is at the centre of the shop, just something to be aware of. Great place for affordable appliances and homewares that work but aren't flashy. Kids toys, apparel for all ages and shapes and pet products are also well ranged and affordable. Avoid at all costs. Bought a cover here and they told me to come back if there was any issues. It came apart completely causing my phone to break when I went back the guy was incredibly rude. Never leave bad reviews but worst customer service I've ever experiences.
It's crazy how a big place like this has such disgusting customer service. 90% of the employees clearly don't want to be there and they don't hide it at all.
Had a very pleasant experience here, came in very stressed but isabelle was of amazing help. thanks isabelle. much appreciated.
