Absolutely useless!nWent in looking for an item which was advertised as being in stock.nWalked around forever trying to find the item.nNO Staff anywhere, there were people queuing up at the Service Desk.nFinally found someone and asked them where the item was, they had no idea what I was talking about, even after showing them....nFound another worker and they reckoned they threw them all out?! Even though I explained they were supposingly in stock. Wouldn't even go and have a look for me to see if there was any out the back. Now I know why I don't bother going there.....
The staff here are fantastic, kind and so helpful. Thank you to Nathan who put an item I had searched many stores for on hold for me and ensured I was contacted when it was ready! Thank you also to the young lady who helped me find the coat I was after today - I didn’t get her name unfortunately but she had curly hair and gorgeous darker skin. Great friendly staff & very happy with their amazing customer service
Horrible customer service and a complete disregard of customers welfare. Bella at the service counter just didn’t care about a simple kind gesture to ensure the purchase was complete to include everything and was totally indifferent to anything basic from a customer service point of view. If a negative feedback was available the it would be used here indeed!
HinI just picked up an online photo order from the service counter at Eastgate Bondi Junction. The order was for framed photos and there was a small problem. Bella I think it was her name was very kind, friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. She fixed the issue up while I went away for a cup of coffee. Terrific service.nJohn
Go to store for cheap household items. Sometimes surprisingly good in value for money.nWe bought our Christmas decorations here and got everything sorted for less than $100.-nChristmas tree and decorations.nOh yes they also sell $99.- surfboards for some reason??
