HinI just picked up an online photo order from the service counter at Eastgate Bondi Junction. The order was for framed photos and there was a small problem. Bella I think it was her name was very kind, friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. She fixed the issue up while I went away for a cup of coffee. Terrific service.nJohn
Purchased a suitcase yesterday, less than 24hours later the wheels broke off which confirms this is a defect item. I reached out to customer care team providing proof of sale and photos of the defect item and they rejected my reimbursement.nnUnfortunately I am unable to attend the store to raise this further as now longer in the county. I thought Kmart assisted their customers but thought wrong.
Absolutely useless!nWent in looking for an item which was advertised as being in stock.nWalked around forever trying to find the item.nNO Staff anywhere, there were people queuing up at the Service Desk.nFinally found someone and asked them where the item was, they had no idea what I was talking about, even after showing them....nFound another worker and they reckoned they threw them all out?! Even though I explained they were supposingly in stock. Wouldn't even go and have a look for me to see if there was any out the back. Now I know why I don't bother going there.....
I had a great experience at Kmart Eastgate as Shelle, the young beautiful lady was so sweet. I had the best customer service experience with her. She did extra miles in whatever she did. Genuinely she made my day
