Walked in on Christmas Eve afternoon after experiencing a shuddering tyre, got served immediately. Mechanic did a test drive simultaneously asking a range of diagnostic questions to determine the problem. Once back from test drive, the My Car checked tyre pressure and wheel nut torque. Service was courteous & extremely friendly, we received helpful advice plus no charge. We will be back again for any future mechanical needs & we would 100% recommend.

Just got my punctured tyre fixed earlier today. Joel was friendly and accommodaring. He got my car service in a short period of time. Thank you so much to Ethan as well who worked with my tyre. We got a couple of quotes from a few different places in the area and this was the best one by far for price and quality! We went in to book an appointment and they were able to fit us in within a two hour window and we just did some shopping and it worked out so conveniently! They were so accomodating. We were originally going to get a mid range tyre and their system said they had that in stock and not the top range tyre for our car, but they called us while we were shopping and their system got it wrong so they happily gave us the top range tyre for the mid range price! Lovely service and will be back again!

I’ve taken our car to the Mount Sheridan my car workshop on many occasions. I am so happy with the service that the team provide. Especially the team leader Nathan, he understood everything that was needed to be done to our vehicle. I would highly  recommend this workshop and give a shout commendation to all of the team.
