The worse customer service. Particularly the lady with pink hair that just does not even respond to a “how are you” let alone a smile.nnThe young girls are always nice tho! Not always very much prepared but nicer at least
Absolutely terrible experience. I placed a click and collect order over 6 hours ago for just two tiny items - plenty of time for it to be ready. When I arrived, the order wasn’t prepared and the staff member couldn’t have been more disinterested. I politely asked if I could just grab the items myself to save time, since they were right there and already paid for, but she refused and said it couldn’t be done. No apology, no solution - just a rude, sassy attitude like I was inconveniencing her. Honestly felt like I was being brushed off. Won't be shopping there again.
The manager called Annie would be the rudest, arrogant and nastiest person I have ever known. No way should she even be employed by Kmart. I won’t be going back again.
The rudest manager in the world works at this store. Completely unhelpful, sassy and disinterested in customers. Tried to return a faulty cutting board made from acacia that my wife bought a week ago. My wife was asleep with our newborn and she refused to help. It wasn’t the fact that she wouldn’t return it that was so upsetting, more her dismissive and aggressive attitude and demeanour. Feel sorry for the young girl working on the checkout by herself, especially with a Manager like that. We are done with Kmart. CheapnChinese junk with incredibly hostile staff and no customer support.
A great little Kmart in Noosa very handy to pick up those items you forgot to pack or the utensils your accommodations forgotten about. Stocks nearly everything you may need. Friendly service at Kmarts great prices. Have been here a few times this week. Picked up dash washers, sharp knife, phone charges and food containers. Very handy.
