First time there today. Tiny shop, most of the narrow paths blocked with racks and restock trollys. Clothes piled on top of clothes. It was chaotic and not a joy to shop at. Couldnt find anything and not much stock apart from messy clothes racks.nDefinitely going to Maroochydore again.
Worst service, woman at the counter with the short shaved hair didn't even say a single word! The store is an absolute atrocious, mess everywhere with a pile of swept up rubbish in the womens clothing area, plus a disgusting smell. Never coming back, won't refer anyone to come here. Should be absolutely ashamed of yourselves. No wonder people are shopping outside of Noosa now, the customer service representatives clearly think they're too good to even say hello.
A great little Kmart in Noosa very handy to pick up those items you forgot to pack or the utensils your accommodations forgotten about. Stocks nearly everything you may need. Friendly service at Kmarts great prices. Have been here a few times this week. Picked up dash washers, sharp knife, phone charges and food containers. Very handy.
We are in Maroochydore but the stuff in Maroochydore kmart is out of the stock as it always, so we drive from Maroochydore to Noosa for collecting my online order, and the front desk her name is Annie treated me horrible without any respect, when I requested again what question she asked me, she just had an annoyed face, I was not sure if that was because I got an Asian face, she would rather talk to my Aussie husband , I don't expect this kind of customer service from kmart. I am wondering if it is racism, this was a very distressing experience.
Staff are never friendly or accommodating. Young staff members regularly cannot answer questions and are often rude. Would reccomed Maroochydore or Caloundra over noosa by a long shot
