Today I went into Kmart leopold needing to find some simple items and try some clothes on, I bumped into an amazing worker Julia, Julia helped me locate items, got me some different sizes and made my shopping experience easy and not stressful, I would like to thank her for her hard work she was flat out and still made time for me. Great work!
Phoned through and spoke with Amelia from homewares…what an absolute breath of fresh air! The best customer service I have ever received over the phone. Nothing was too much trouble and Amelia went above and beyond to help me and answer my questions. Hard to find wonderful customer service, so thank you Amelia!
Visited the store in Leopold this evening. The website says it's open till 10pm tonight Sunday. Arrived 8.05pm. Unfortunately was denied entrance as the store was about to close. The lady at the entrance said that it closes at 8pm on Sunday nights. Waste of 24km drive for me!! Can you please correct your advertised hours on the web!!!
All the new employees at Kmart seem more friendly then the managers, you have at least 3 women who are in management role who as a cutstomer make me feel unwelcome due to lack of body langue I.e. no smiling and looks mad . The store is great always up to date with stock it’s just the actual people, some are amazing and others especially all the managers look very misrable and give the place a unfriendly vibe. So only reason I would come back is because of stock being up to date not the actual Kmart team who work at leopold!!!!!!
Leopold mall has everything, Kmart.. Great sushi restaurant, Cafes and other eaterys.. very good butcher shop.. walk over to Bunnings. Chemist warehouse and some great clothes shops and gift shops
Just like any other Kmart. Normally closes around 10pm. Staff sometimes aren't sure of what you're asking but they always go out of their way to find out for you.
Ita better to shop in store here. if you shop online then most of the times you will be disappointed as they are out of stock online.
These guys had what I was looking for when the other branches didn't. Always a pleasant shopping experience.
Employees are lovely, management is horrible, miserable management who look grumpy and like it's a prison to be there, have seen management being rude to staff multiple times.
Very conveniently located, friendly staff.
