Boutique specialist Family Law firm. We work in a cooperative manner with other lawyers, accountants, financial advisers, counsellors and valuers to holistically resolve client matters.

We also offer a collaborative based process which allows client's to have control of the process, instead of the process being in control of them. This entails settlements being sought by way of round table meetings instead of going to court. The collaborative based skills are used to ensure that the best outcome for the client is achieved through such things as picking up the phone and talking about the matter, instead of sending endless letters back and forth.

We offer fixed fees, which give the client certainty about the costs.

We provide realistic and commercial advice, which result in more of an understanding of the Family Law process on the client's behalf, and which in our experience can lead to an early and cost effective settlement.
