Had a great experience in store, with lots of range and great prices. Nickolas was incredibly friendly and helped out so much both on the phone before arriving and whilst in store and gave great recommendations! 6/5 Stars

LGBT friendly, wonderful staff who are willing to help and share personal experience and tradecraft. Solid brands and product range, lots of plastic and nasty free options. Will be our local kitchenware provider from now on.
Guy at the front was so sweet, gave us some sample nougat, but Kerry was super rude, blunt and arrogant. We were only in there for 5 minutes and walked out feeling so off.
Walked in thinking that I knew what I needed and I rarely ask for assistance from staff; however, I'm glad Kerry offered her help. She was AMAZING, super knowledgable and ensured we got everything we needed. Also gave us lots of tips on how to best care for our purchases. If only every shopping experience could involve people like Kerry!nnThank you so much.
