Worst customer service. Do yourself a favour and shop elsewhere unless you want to spend your entire day waiting in line. Phone rang out 8 times with no staff members seeming to care. I asked one of the staff members if this was normal or a once off thing and she said it was normal and that was it! Worst experience ever, never again. Avoid at all costs.

The worst customer service I've witnessed in a long time. We parked outside of the store on a Thursday afternoon. There was no one parked there except for us. We walked inside the store and see 5 to 6 staff members. We were looking for a new bedhead. We approached few beds and had a look. One staff member had walked past us at least 3 times without acknowledging us. Others were 'busy' with whatever they were doing. We spent 5 minutes in there and walked out. I'm sorry but if you cannot say 'hello' or 'good afternoon' to the only customers in store I am not going to chase you. We went and got our bedhead elsewhere.

Bundall is a big store. It has a bigger selection than the other stores have.

Was suggested to pay $20 to become a member (with the promise I would receive a $20 voucher to use). Was not told that I had 1 month to use and had to spend minimum $50 to use it. Unfortunately I had a holiday booked shortly after shopping there so unable to use it anyway. DISHONEST customer service :(
