I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY We ordered a replacement Kitchen Panel from Kitchen Contours, the delivery charge they quoted of $156 was for a specialist furniture delivery co and cost more than the panel. We decided to ship it ourselves via mainfreight. I had it in writing from the production manager that it would be bubble wrapped so we ordered it. When it arrived it was damaged and unusable, it was also only wrapped loosely in one sheet of thin cardboard no bubble wrap and no handle with care stickers etc.. When I questioned it I was told it wasn't their responsibility as it had left them in perfect condition. They refused to take any responsibility for not packaging it as they stated in writing. So no refund, not even an acknowledgement of any liability. If this is the way they conduct their business or resolve issues then I would not recomnend this company to anyone.
