According to 2017 consumer protection act,“If you simply change your mind, your circumstances have changed or you find cheaper products elsewhere, the retailer or service provider does not have to provide a refund or exchange". There are no returns on Clearance items. Depends on specific circumstances, a refund of 15% from the total amount of the full price of item may be given with condition applies. Cash refund will not be available. Please see one of our staff to discuss further options. Laybys payment not completed by due date will incur 15% interest rate per annum plus any applicable collection charges | customer will be responsible for any legal fees if enforcement action is taken to recover. Warranty instructions| original purchaser must need to provide the original receipt to claim a warranty. |not all items comes with a warranty, please read carefully for the warranty instructions and follow all the steps to maintain the bed in its best quality, from the 1st June 2017 a fitted mattress protector must be used with your mattress, otherwise you will not be able to claim any warranty from the manufacturer. Warranty will be issued by the manufacturer only. Making a warranty claim and replacing a mattress under warranty will be a minimum charge to the owner. There will be a fee to have someone come to your home to view.
