The standard of care is excellent. My father is very happy with the staff. Everyone from management to maintenance but especially the nurses. He only has two complaints. Money wasted on excessive lighting day and night and penny pinching on the tough tasteless budget meat cuts bought in bulk which are near impossible to chew with dentures and 97yr old gums. The rest of the food is great.
It's extremely clean, and it seems all the residents there enjoy the food and the activities the lifestyle team members organise
Very helpful in a difficult situation,
Top notch staff who bring love and dignity to all residents.
