Visited during my little getaway time. Great selections of Thai food, and a popular restaurant with lots of people dining in. Everything tastes great and so authentic, with a super good price. The food comes also very fast. Remind me my trip in Thai. Highly recommended this place.
3.5 - fun decor & atmosphere, big selection on the menu with decent pricing. Tried the; Pad See Ew - tasted as it looked, the meat however was a bit dry Dry egg noodle - soup was on the salty side but overall can't go wrong with thisFood: 3/5
We have dined here many times at lunch time this year and have found this to be our select restaurant. Each item ordered has had us coming back for more and trying something new each time! Today we ordered the Chicken Papaya salad with a side of sticky rice and the Spicy Pork Soup, the highlight of the course, which is prepared in the northeastern style. The Thai Chicken was excellent also, being crispy yet juicy and full flavoured! I found the tomato to carry the dish with a surprisingly diverse collection of flavours! For those wondering: no, it wasn't too spicy. Even for my western pallet! We have resolved to try the entire menu. A must try in the heart of Brisbane QSM
This restaurant is nice Thai food. It’s in my top 3 for brisbane, however there som tum does not have a lot of papaya. I had to send my one back because it was to salty but when they fixed it. Was amazing my friend ordered the chicken and rice and said it was amazing
The most authentic Thai dishes I’ve had in Brisbane. The ambiance of the restaurant makes me home sick and the food takes me back home. A place to go to if you’re into authentic Thai food.
Suay mak mak! How cool is this place! Loved the decor, had such an authentic feel. The staff were all super friendly, even to the folks arriving at closing time! The food was fantastic. They had run out of an item we were after, so we just kinda picked quickly - everything was so tasty. It shows that it is good to leave your comfort zone every once in a while. The chefs here did an amazing job, and were crazy quick! Thank you to those of you hidden in the kitchen!
Very disappointed with the takeaway order... It used to be one of my favourite thai restauarent in Brisbane but I may not visit again. I have ordered a pork kock rice takeaway. It's like a soup with very little pork inside. The pork is also not tender at all, which is so different from the authentic one and different from the one I had in the same restaurant in the past. I wonder if their chef and owner have been changed. Since the order looks so different from what I have expected, I checked with the staff before I leave but she did not take any action at all.
Food takes time to be served. We got a hair and green worm in one of rice dish. They immediately replaced it and cooked another batch. Food is delish tho.
This place has the best Thai food in the Brisbane CBD. Table service is offered to dine-in customers and the servers are friendly. Good atmosphere. We waited a little bit for our food as they were very busy but it was worth it. Prices are very reasonable for a non-food court location.
Unique street-food ambiance, attentive crew and quick service. We had crispy pork, marinated grilled chicken and braised pork hock. Had a lovely thai iced coffee to take away after our delicious meal. We've been here a number of times and we love how varieties were now added on the menu. Been returning at this restaurant for the green curry, massaman beef and soft shell crabs!
