Went there for a baby water play trial. My baby was loving it until we were asked to move to another pool as the one we were in had something gross in it. I couldn’t access the other pool as it was a ladder. I let the instructor know and her response was “oh” and that’s it. No offer of help or apology. Definitely not coming back. Do better
During the class, a kid’s parent accused me for not paying attention to my daughter. The individual began verbally abusing me during the class.I reported this incident to a teacher, who provided no resolution. Instead, the teacher insisted that I should be keeping an eye on my child, even though your policies do not mention the need for direct parental supervision during training sessions unless the child is in distress.There is lack of training for staff to handle complaints effectively and resolve issues impartially and promptly.
Poor experience dealing with staff and their cancellation policy. It seems they are after every cent and ruthless around how this is achieved.
Every pool here is taken by a class, there are no 'free' pools. I regret bringing my kids here for so long, they are now well behind the 8 ball, only just catching up after relocating to another. In our case, our kids were 3 and 5: You take your kids to their 30 minute lesson, they do some drills and a couple mins play at the end, and then you need to leave. I didn't see any progress over the year that we took our kids here.nnThe new place, you get 30 minutes in class, then your kids can jump in the open pool. Solidifying what they were just taught. I don't recommend bring young kids here.
I am not happy with the training staff. Every time I take my kid for swimming class I have different instructor and some of the instructors are not even giving care nor instructions towards our kid.nI am very much disappointed with the instructor and the service they provide.
