The beautiful team at Genea made my husband and I feel so supported throughout what is an incredibly challenging process. My interactions with the staff both in person in the clinic and over the phone were caring and informative and any time I had a question, it was answered promptly. The Genea app was super easy to use and the being able to see the photo/timelapse updates on our embryos during their 5 days of growth was really special. Our miracle boy is due in 4 weeks, something that would not have been possible without this team. We will forever be grateful for Genea’s amazing work.
I waited months for an appointment with Dr Tween, referred by my GP only to be told to go back to my GP.nI did not feel listened to at all, every question and concern I had was dismissed. A really expensive waste of my time and money.nI strongly suggest you don't waste your time and money with Dr Low. She is condescending and in my opinion unprofessional.
I am currently a patient with Genea and they honestly make a hard time and process so easy! With an app and staff that are so clear, kind and knowledgeable it’s honestly been a breeze.nTheir systems are so impressive, results are back within hours and results explained clearly.nOn the app it gives daily instructions which is great:nThanks Genea team! Especially Millie, Kylie, Buffy!
As the partner, all I got to deal with was the buggy app that never actually provided me with any useful info. The payment people who were located in Sydney and were very hard to contact and omitted important info regarding estimates. The call centre number that put me on hold for 20 minutes before dropping the call.nThis enterprise feels like a production factory designed to turn a high profit more than to serve a client.nExpect about 30% above the estimate with extra un-estimated costs not factored in or not disclosed.nUpdate....a new bill for another $5000 has just arrived making the overall bill closer 50% above the most expensive quote given. If your quotes are so inaccurate don't bother doing them at all.
The staff and nurses are very kind and supportive. Genea is timely with their feedback of results which is excellent for alleviating anxiety but also understanding what happens next. Genea seems to have a smooth system that they have perfected in order to offer the best for patients during an emotional time.
