I love Kingsleys, but there is a guy at the Erindale store who is a rude rude individual when they are busy, we have had so many bad experiences with him when there is at least two or three customers at a time. I can live with this when he is really busy, I just don’t like seeing him be rude and demeaning to his staff. The rest of the staff at the is store are outstanding and are one of the reasons we keep coming back, the other reason is the chips
An institution! Same chicken, same taste - juicy, succulent chicken with a crispy breading that is fried to perfection popping with flavour lots of herbs and spices. Better than KFC. On the other hand, the chips were underwhelming - slightly overcooked and not the same as before; this is largely due to the potato shortage. That said, the chicken alone makes for a must try for all visitors trekking out to the Nation's capital.
Burgers continue to shrink and the price keeps going up. Now they barely fit one slice of tomato and are 5 cents shy of being $8 for a tiny micro burger.nThe food quantity is not worth the price they’re charging.
Got my order wrong charged me 16.50 for a single fillet burgernWhen what I ordered was the the fillet burger and chips which is meant to be $14 delivered. And they said they wouldn’t do anything about it
Waited 30mins for this!nI understand it’s Christmas Eve, but doesn’t mean you let your standards down. Very disappointed and upset.nNormally very happy with this store, not today!
