Would give them 0 stars if possible. Every single dealing I've had with them has been a nightmare. They refuse to deliver to your address eventhough you've paid for it! I would recommend businesses to please check the couriers they use and make sure they are not in partnership with Kingaroy freight as they're useless. Here is an example of the bad service I've received from them to the best of my recollection: they called and texted me multiple times in the space of 48 hours to let me know I have a package awaiting collection. When I asked if these are separate packages as I've just been contacted about this, they say they're not sure as there's no note. I inform both people I spoke to, to please keep my packages there for 2 weeks, as I live 40 mins out of town and won't have transport for a little bit and therefore can't collect the package straight away and they say that's fine. I look into it and there is only 1 package. A few days later I get a message from the person who sent the package informing me that the parcel has been sent back to them! What was the point in talking to kingaroy freight! I didn't even waste my time asking for them to deliver it to me as I've already experienced their "customer service" but I figured surely they can hold on to the package for a couple of weeks. Apparently not. I can only surmise that they did this out of spite or they lack any kind of professionalism or common sense because how hard hard is it to make a note to keep a package for 2 weeks? Honestly I'm amazed that this business has as good a Google rating as it does. Just use Australia post, I've not had an issue with them.
Great service friendly staff and they let you know when your parcel arrived so you can pick it up.
They are a disgrace can't even deliver a parcel to the right place ask them if they can help find it and got told not their problem its outta their hands all because the driver said it's at the right address when clearly it's not now looking for it won't NOT recommend at all
They're a "courier" company that won't deliver anything, even to where australia post has no problem delivering. If you're thinking of hiring them, or adding them as an extension to your existing courier company, don't, you'll just create massive headaches for yourself, and have to constantly be refunding customers.
They don't deliver even if you live in town, it is listed as delivered with a fake name and signature. Who knows where my parcels are.
Seemingly random issues with “last leg” of the journey. Sometimes they deliver, sometimes we are asked to “pick up from depot”. No rhyme or reason. Apparently need “authorisation” from seller to deliver more than 3km from nearest LPO. So frustrating - the seller has been paid to organise a courier to deliver it to my property. Is it because KFE are simply agents for the main courier companies? I honestly don’t know why paid door to door deliveries cannot occur in this day and age, especially with so much competition. Never had an issue with Australia Post, 4.5km from LPO. Where possible, I opt for Australia Post instead.
Driver stopped out front, Went out waved to him, drove off. was told he would be back. so sat out front for 20 mins. only to call up to find out what's going on to be told that it's coming tomorrow. as he's going back to depot. Absolutely terrible service.
Will not delivery to my address, told by very rude and obnoxious man at their office "we don't deliver to rural farms". It's not a farm. I get Australia postal service here. I get a phone call from their driver to go and pick up elsewhere, an 85km round trip. This is not the first time this has happened either. I would not recommend this company in any way, shape or form. I will be contacting the courier company and recommend they use someone else. Review written without prejudice.
