Kingaroy Couriers is great. They usually call first to make sure we’re home. They are just super nice people and a responsible organisation. I now specify when ordering online that the final delivery be made through Kingaroy Couriers as the competing freight service from Kingaroy is just horrific. Thanks guys. You’re exceptional!
These guys went out of their way to do a pick-up on the Sunshine Coast in a short time frame and get it to me in Kingaroy in less than a day. If you need a courier give them a call, they will not fail you.
Be aware!! Kingaroy Couriers customer service is atrocious! We ordered a pickup, they sent one of their agents to collect the package, agent took the wrong package. When advised, they tried to make it our problem and all but refused to return the item, suggesting we should organize our own courier to have it returned AT OUR COST, finally begrudgingly agreeing to POST THE ITEM TO US! Finally posted a week later, when questioned, claimed she was busy working full time and couldn't find the time to take to the post office, this from a COURIER COMPANY. In the meantime we had to replace the wrongly taken product to the bemused customer, again at our cost. We DO NOT recommend this company and certainly will not use again.
Very expensive service. Have no payment facilities at depo. Had to drive all the way in to town to get exact money. Will not use again. Will use their competition across the road.
Great, friendly customers service & willing to help as much as possible.
