I've used King and Wilson in the past for local and interstate moves and they have always been tremendous. This however was my first international relocation so I had some concerns, but as with all my previous moves, once again they did a fantastic job. From initial contact dealing with management and the sales team all the way through to uplift and then delivery to my home in northern Thailand they performed with the upmost professionalism and respect for my belongings. I would highly recommend King and Wilson to anyone needing to move to any location around the globe. My hats off to you all and thank you once again for a job well done.

Our moving crew both in Sydney and Melbourne were great. They went the extra mile, were polite and professional. I’ve moved around a lot, and it is always stressful with last minute issues popping up. King and Wilson made the packing and loading days a relaxed day for me and my family.

Terrible experience and unprofessional company !!!!! Don’t use their service , the worse customer service. We used them to move from Oz to USA. They are not accurate with their appointments for delivery , they made us cancel our flight because they expect their driver to deliver at certain period of time, waited but no one showed up. The funny thing is that we called them and assured us they will deliver on that day but no one showed up as well (I took leave on that day)and then after chasing them fir two more days they told us the driver forgot to call you , his truck broke down a week before ; and he is more than 2000km away and they don’t know when they will deliver (this is a USA distibation) . Finally after delivery we found out that 4 boxes were extremely damaged and few missing items. Driver wanted to decieve us by asking us to sign paper work but we refused until he wrote down the damage boxes. The problem is that we submitted the claim 5 months ago but they keep on either ignoring or saying that the employee changed jobs. I don’t recommend using them at all and be careful before signing their paperwork . For the record we were dealing with their agent (Emily Jacobs).

Not exactly the most efficient staff to say the least!! We sent our goods using Anglo Pacific in UK from London to Melbourne Australia. I'm not sure how this works but I'm pretty sure they don't look after our goods while in transit on the ship so there's no point commenting on them about how they looked after our stuff. I would presume all they needed to do was pick it up from customs, store it, then deliver it, not the hardest job right? Well, after managing to find our first place in Australia we organised our main shipment to be delivered on the day we moved in as we had nothing apart from a bag of clothes, you can see where I'm going with this! The day came around and it got to around 2pm and we hadn't heard or had anything, after a good 30 min phone call, where the lady on the phone would refuse that she made a mistake as "she doesn't do things like that", her words exactly making us feel quite stupid. After talking to someone else, I found out that they don't do "email confirmation". Its 2017, email confirmations have been used since the 90's, how is this not used? Every other form of interaction we had with them was by email apart from arranging delivery. Basically I feel they're just covered themselves as this probably happens quite a lot I reckon. We also sent another 2 separate boxes, of which we knew was ready to be delivered but we had to contact them twice in order to get any idea of when we can have this delivered. I feel the 1 star is harsh but I'm more interested in the company seeing my review so they can improve and actually adopt some systems as its pretty much stuck in 1985 currently!
