The staff were pretty nice but they failed to let my friends and I know that it would be extra for cheese and tabouli before paying. Even still paying the adjusted price, we all didn’t get any cheese at all and got the tiniest bit of tabouliI was left feeling disappointing and unfortunately won’t be visiting again to get my kebab fix
I went here and the only thing going for it is the food. the place looks very run down and there were spider webs and spiders inside the place. The price I paid for a snack pack was also different to the advertised price. The staff also aren't that friendly. Other than all of this the snack pack did taste pretty good, but I personally wouldn't recommend this place.
If I could do 0/5 you'd get it. Absolutely Disgusting. Paid $70 for 3 handfuls of chips, 8 little cocktail fish that tasted like it was frozen more then once and potato scallops that were inedible. Disgraceful.
The absolute worst customer service!! Went in and ordered two burgers. Requested one with no salad, just meat cheese and sauce. The other with no sauce and tomato. The young girl had no idea how to put that into the register so asked the other young guy working there and he says “Nup! Can’t do it!” And they both ignore us and proceed to open a box he’d brought out. My husband and I were dumbfounded!! Wouldn’t step foot in there again. It was a pretty basic request! Hopeless.
Great food but the premises is old, not the business' fault, so don't let the appearance deceive. Parking: Easy parking
Made a order through door dash , delivery 60 minutes and that’s fine but after they accepted the order and waiting for 35 minutes they cancel the order because items not available , ridiculous how it takes 30 plus minutes to realise. I’m at work guess no lunch for me today.
Worst place to go to.......... ordered chicken snitzel and chips to get fish and chips then when I said that's not what I ordered he shrugs and walks off for me to ask why I got that for him to say I don't understand you and walk off again if that was in my shop I would fire him instantly for treating customers that way I'm all for supporting local businesses but I will not support rude arrogant people that tell me they don't understand my English when they get the order wrong to be honest I would rather eat out of a dumpster before stepping foot in there again
One of the worst experiences of my life. After previously being one of the best kebabs I’d ever had here the new owners and management is very rude and serving disgusting kebabs. After letting them know that my kebab with the lot only had lettuce and opened in front of them he began to tell me that’s how it is and had cheese. No concerns what so ever. Do not recommend
Love the food here, has a great twist on the wraps etc, an easy spot to park at, usually fairly quick
Today myself and work partner ordered two bacon and egg rolls. When we started eating these we were shocked to notice that they only come with one extremely small piece of bacon and a burnt egg. We called them to ask if this was normal for them and received no assistance. We showed everyone on the site and they all mentioned similar experiences they have had from there. Ohhhh we were charged $8 each…. Never ever again will we return !!!!! Worst B&E I’ve ever seen or eaten.
