Twice now I’ve been and ordered a 3 piece and tenders box, both times the bits of chicken have been absolutely tiny, worst kfc on the coast in my opinion
Never order through menulog. KFC please cancel your affiliation with them. Over $100 worth of food ordered - 2 hours later no food, KFC closed and no record of order. Staff super helpful, answered after hours and were lovely but nothing they can do. No way to contact menulog or to resolve the issue. Staff mentioned quite a few people having issues With menulog not allocating drivers and order status not being updated. We would have picked it up in a heartbeat if we’d thought there would be any issues - for kids birthday request. Don’t team up with menulog!
When ordering chips and pop corn chicken they say for a extra 5c do you want a drink both times they have done this and charged me 4.50 had 3 frozen cokes spilt on me threw the window as lid not on properly then tonight regular chips came in a small bag I said this is not a regular chips it’s the same I said you are joking how hard is it guys
Pretty bad experience lately. Waiting at the order box listening to background noise and chatting for over a minute befor ordering. Order wrong when received. Chips not filled correctly Chicken strips all small.
Worst KFC in Australia.After waiting 20min in the drive through and being told that they had chicken when l placed the order. Then too be told there would be a 10 minute wait for chicken after l paid for our meal. I asked for a refund then drove off without food. This is a regular occurrence at this store they never have cooked chicken.
Ordered through menulog at 11:30 and the restaurant replied that delivery would arrive between 1:30 and 2:30! It's a ten minute drive and they charged me $11 for delivery and a three hour wait! The chips are always under cooked and the burgers are just slopped together. Don't bother.

Worst kfc I've been to in the country. I went there a week ago and ordered a family feast, to which I got home to find almost all the pieces were old and dry, barely edible, not fresh at all. We made your store aware and we're given a store credit. I then went back in there yesterday to redeem the store credit and was given 12 pieces of chicken. Few hours later I was violently spewing and had chronic diarrhea, the doctor told me I had SALMONELLA. Absolutely putrid. You need to do something. Im a huge fan of kfc but this has really thrown me off. This store has always been notorious for screwing up orders too. I wish I could give 0 stars. The complete new renovation means nothing unless the food is not prepared in a clean manner. Massively disappointed is an understatement. I will NEVER return to this shop again.
Deadset hopeless, waited 10 minutes at the counter to be served.
Twice in 2 weeks advised they had no chicken would be a 10 minute wait. Last time we decided to wait only to be given some very burnt chicken which was dripping in fat. Only place it belonged was in the bin. As the bag was filled with oil along with soggy chips. Rang the store and complained. They said they knew they had a problem as the chicken was not rested and the oil hadn't been drained. Didn't help us. Decided not to take the chance again. HOw can you be a chicken outlet with no chicken. Rally hopeless and staff couldn't care less everything is a laugh.
