Needs a lot of maintenance..nThe owners have given up.nNothing done to place.nRaw sewage smells from drains, everything blocked, no money spent. Might be a nice view over golf course nice area. But needing to walk through knee high grass to get to broken toilets not good.

The beautiful park we didn't want to leave . Kylie the very happy and helpful and ever smiley hostess was a pleasure to meet. Wonderful stay thank you both  Mark and Angie Farnaby

Great park. Friendly staff. I think we had the best site right next to the golf club under a shady tree.

I recently came on a last minute work trip to Gladstone, Kylie was extremely helpful with helping me after hours to access my room and make sure everything was perfect. Thanks again

Great comfortable bed, nice little spot. Stayed for the night last night and caretaker was very accommodating, answering all questions we had for food services and changing plastic into coins to use the clean laundry facilities. Have already recommended onto friends and family
