Bloody good value camping. We pulled up here with the intention of staying 2 nights and ended up staying 4. Reasonable amenities and kept clean. Beware as the shower may not always be hot. Plenty of space although you may need a long hose to connect to water. At $25 a night I think it is good value. Walking distance to the shopping centre and town centre. Nice friendly caretaker. All good Jim.
Perfect camping spot for those that are watching their budgets while travelling. $20 for me with my station wagon swag in back to stop & stay to look around Gladstone for a few days. Pretty place Gladstone & lots going on there. Industries & lots of employment. The on-site caretaker Jim was a friendly bloke & his cleaner did a top job of keeping the showers & toilets clean & spotless! Top place to stay as tons of room & nicely kept. Was a handy place for me to stay as very safe & affordable as a pensioner traveling solo. Thanks Jim & Gladstone Council!

Just arrived at the Show Society really nice gentleman at entrance of Showgrounds. Water & power supply at $25.00 per night showers toilets very clean.
It has what you need for an overnight stay or a few nights. Has water and electricity connections. Grassy areas with toilets available. You may need levellers in some areas. Woollies is a 3 min drive if need supplies. Driveway only allows 1 car and caravan in or out so just be careful when entering or exiting. For $25 a night i can't complain.
Close to town,walkover. Plenty of room for all size van. Power and water for some sites $25 per night. Amenities basic .but clean.
