Just want to thank the team at Toyota Kilmore for their amazing service.nnI had a warranty claim for my LDV. In all honesty I haven't had many good experiences with LDV dealerships and was hesitant about the situation. I told them what the issue was and they acknowledged it is a common issue and assured me everything would be okay.nnThey accepted the warranty claim and fixed it within the day I booked. Even though it is under warranty they still took the time and consideration to look over my car and give it a nice wash and vacuum even though I didn't pay a cent. They really went above and beyond. I will be doing business with them again. They were fantastic.
I want to say a huge thank you to Liam for all his help, advice and putting up with me over the past year. He helped me choose the perfect car, even though it took almost 12 months to arrive, he gave me constant updates and answered all my calls, texts and emails. The service and care he showed was truly above and beyond. Thank you so much, I am truly so grateful
Unmanaged management.nTo start I book a service a months ago.nThen they call me that they can’t take car early because of staffing.we changed a time get a car loan.nDrop off 10:00 am morning .nWaiting whole day for a call for pick up.nthen they call us at 5:10 to pick us and keep calling us and say they are supposed to be closed at 5.nCall me twice to say they are just open for me and try to make my mistake.nnGrow up people .nI live 30 minutes far from your place.nIt will take 30-40 minutes.nNot my problem you call me late.
Picked up my 2025 Corolla Cross GX from Kilmore Toyota and honestly, the drive up from Brunswick was totally worth it.nHuge shoutout to Tamara — she was amazing from the start. She helped me find the right car, kept me updated the whole way through, and made everything super easy. The team there was really welcoming and accommodating too.nCouldn’t be happier with the experience or the car. Highly recommend Kilmore Toyota and definitely Tamara to anyone looking for a great buying experience.
Kilmore Toyota has really gone downhill over the past six months. I’ve spent over $15,000 on servicing, yet major issues were missed — including an oil leak, faulty lights, and an awning they fitted that fell off while driving. The new staff come across as arrogant and unprofessional, more focused on showing off than helping customers. When I tried to raise my concerns, I was met with rudeness and refused management contact details. I’ve completely lost confidence in their service and customer care. I did appreciate a call from Adam Dove himself, but it didn’t leave me with any confidence in the company or its service standards.
