We bought a used SV6 Holden Ute from Central Ford in Kilmore at the start of January, and dealt with Andre who was extremely helpful and easy to deal with. Everything that was promised during the sales process, including the service which was due for the vehicle and an external polish and detail was done prior to vehicle pick up. Andre provided a great customer experience, and we would highly recommend him and Central Ford to anyone looking to buy a vehicle.
I have purchased many cars in my time, today I made the purchase of my very first Ford vehicle and the team at Central Ford - Kilmore were amazing. The transparency with my allocation of a highly sort after model variant was reassuring to experience. At a time when new car sales is in demand, and supply is low. It was nice to know I was not being sold false hope all for the sake of making a sale. I left feeling like a valued customer and not just another sales figure. Yesterday my wife and i had our cars serviced at Central Ford. Phillip White, the service manager was very professional and thorough from start to finish. We felt very comfortable and confident that any concerns we had would be looked at and addressed. We were not disappointed !! Both our cars drive and feel like brand new again. I hope Phil’s dedication and value to his role does not go unnoticed. If anyone reads this and is thinking of using the service department at Central Ford Kilmore but may have reservations. Recently had the pleasure of dealing with Ethan, the guy was a total legend!!! Could not be happier with the service We received from start to finish. It’s rare to find a salesperson that is knowledgeable but at the same time not afraid to say he’s not sure but I’ll find out and actually do it. The delivery process was awesome, Ethan spent as much time as needed to make sure We knew all the things I needed. The finance department was easy to deal with and We were offered multiple payment options and a clear breakdown of all fees. The receptionist was awesome and entertained my 5 year old when he got bored . Keep up the good work guys, highly recommend to all
Thanks to Phillip White who is the Service Manager at Central Ford. Nothing is ever an issue when we go there, we are treated professionally and respectfully when we interact with a Phillip. An issue with the light, no problem being it straight in and we will look at it - fixed within 20 minutes. An issue with a sensor, bring it in - sorted within an hour. We need a loan car - “I’ll sort it”. Phil - you’re a true asset to Central Ford, where ever you go, we will follow.
Very happy with the excellent customer service provided by Ethan on all 3 visits to this dealership. I was provided with all the information I needed to make an informed decision about my purchase of a Ford Puma without ever feeling I was being pressurised and or rushed into a purchase. As well as the great customer service I am also very happy with the Ford Puma I brought.
Ethan at Kilmore Ford, provided excellent customer service from the moment I inquired about a potential new vehicle. I placed an order on the new V6 Ranger, and Ethan handled the order efficiently, keeping me posted with updates along the way. When picking up the car, Ethan was again very helpful by going through the car and showing me how to use all the features!
