I'm very happy with my experience with Kilburn cars - Manukau.
Mark was very nice helping me to find a car that met my needs.
He knew all the information about the car I was querying about (Nissan) and was very kind explaining all the details. I also felt that I had some space to look around with no pressure in buying or rushing my decision.
Got my car a few days later tidy, clean and with WOF and registration sorted.

My dad and I bought a car from Kilburn cars today and I must say: it was the fastest, friendliest, most professional experience I have had at a car dealer. The car dealer assistant we dealt with was Sam, and she was fantastic - from the moment we stepped into the car yard, I saw her come over from a distance with a bright smile - she was helpful, knew her cars well, and dad and I felt well looked after. From entering the car yard, to filling out the paperwork with Tony (who was great as well and awesome with kids!) to waiting for the car to be registered and spruced up etc. Sam made sure to check in with us and keep me updated as to when our car was ready- always with a warm, welcoming smile. Thank you Sam for your superb hospitality and service!!!! Highly recommend this car dealership AAA++

I have an awesome experience with Kilburn Cars especially with their best sales person Sammy. She is just a blessing and we are grateful that she was our guide. Very friendly, knowledgeable and the most important quality that I adore is her patience. I came with my husband with 5 kids all under the age of 11 and SAmmy was explaining to us everything that we needed to know. We didn't take long to find the perfect 8 seater van for our family. Thank you so so much Sammy. Kilburn Cars is blessed to have you in the team.

Being greeted by a female Sam as a sales rep was a new experience as I have only dealt with male. Fantastic experience listened and actually heard what car I wanted for my daughter. Sam was also friendly beautiful smile and no pressure . I would suggest that other Sales Yards to be open towards female staff as opposed to be seen as a threat.

I bought Nissan Murano from Kilburn. The time of buying they were really good and said we give you 6 months warranty if there is any type of problem with your car we ll gonna fix it for free. And now after 5 months I got some kind of problems in my car and they just ignoring me. Dont talk with me dont take my call. They said nobody has told you about 6 months warrenty you have to fix your car by yourself. So as my experience dont buy cars from them.
