Had a really good experience at the clinic. Dr. Kashif was professional, took the time to listen, and explained things clearly. Dr Rabia, was also very professional and helpful in another visit. Receptionists made my check-in process easy and welcoming. Definitely recommend this place.

If I could give half a star I would. Horrible clinic. My baby is sick and they turned me away. Where is the duty of care? Only go to the clinic it’s conveniently so close for me and so hard to get out with baby and kids. Awful

Very bad experience when I came to see my Dr. One of the receptionist very rude to me asking my name, date of birth many times but she still don't get it. I show to her my appointment on my phone and refusing to look at it. Talking rudely and you can see her facial expression she's angry looking at me. She should not working there if she don't like her job.

I’m in Shepparton from out of state and needed a GP on a Saturday. I called the clinic and was on hold, apparently in position 1 in the queue for some time. When they answered they immediately hung up on me. I know they hung up and the line didn’t disconnect because I heard the phone click into the receiver. In pain, I tried to look for another GP but couldn’t find one open on a Saturday so decided to try this one again. Lo and behold the same thing happened. I understand a clinic being busy on a Saturday, but if someone is calling they obviously need some kind of medical help and you could at least have the decency to explain there are no doctors available rather than just hanging up.  Really not good enough.

The lady behind the counter told me that the Medicare rebate would come back into my account in 24 hours however I never received any money back. i asked next when I went in for an appointment and a lady said that I had to tap my physical card to get it back and they should be asking to tap again to get the rebate, seems like somebody has been pocketing my rebate this whole time very disappointed will never go again , been ripped off about 300 bucks worth of rebates.
