From their ER through "Short Stay" to discharge, I have nothing but praise for staff of GV Health (Shepparton) over the last 5 days (1st - 5th Feb 18) Their dedication and expertise is second to none. I felt I was in good hands from go to whoa and I would like to express my sincere thanks to the doctors and nurses, specialists and professionals who looked after me during this all too recent painful time. Thank you guys!

Over the last 10 years always top class care and treatment for my parents and my wife both in ER, various wards and specialists. All the staff are very friendly, informative and professional. I realise they are overworked and deserve a far better deal. We are lucky, unlike some other parts of the world, to have such a fine service here in the GV.

Fantastic service, very efficient & friendly from the nurses, doctors & ambulance officers. My daughters short stay at Emergency on the weekend was excellent compared to other experiences at ER's.

We had a friend who fractured his ankle and attended A & E at 8.00pm. He left the hospital at 2.00pm the next day. HIs ankle was plastered on the bottom of his foot and up the back of his leg to his knee, with bandaging on the front of his leg and foot, as it was mentioned he may have needed surgery. He could move his foot in the cast and when he eventually saw the orthopaedic surgeon (more than likely a registrar) he mentioned about the cast and was told all was okay. He walked into the surgeons office on one crutch and was never told by any so called proffessional you do not weight bear for up to six weeks on a fractured ankle. We absolutely disgusted with how this hospital is run and dread if anything really serious was to occur.

I recently went to emergency after suffering from asthma. The Dr and nurses who cared for me were informative, friendly and treated me with respect. Even though they were very busy , they checked on me continuously. Thank-you.
