What can I say.. went to the first store.. no hot n spicy.. second store was under refit.. next store there was no option to order a majority of the meals as there was no nuggets. I relented and ordered a share meal for the family with 10 pieces, 6 of which were wings.. the only drumstick was as large as my thumb. No breast. The quality of chicken was horrendous, that dry and tough..nKFC in Toowoomba needs to close down.
We came in 20 minutes ago ordered two wicked combos Large but they didn’t give us two large chips and forgot to give us our mountain dew freeze out the window, so we had to remind them.
who owns the store in east toowoomba? your staff need training on how to handle food. i watched as a guy was trying to prep several meals at once. my food was left open on the counter for 15 minutes. i requested my money back. also i suggest you get the place clean as im talking to council inspectors. the place is disgusting. this reviews doesnt even deserve one star.
What a pleasant surprise this store was, ordered was prepared quickly, chicken wasn't too greasy, staff were friendly and efficient. Worth the drive from the other side of town as my nearest store is either adequate or awful.nnWill be back
Worst customer service. We asked for the the sauce and the guy told us to come on front. Another guy gave us the sauce didnt ask for money. the guy in the drivethru came out screaming like we gonna run away with 60 cents sauce. Screaming the customer for 60 cents sauce, this has to be a joke and the guy had full attitude and didnt care. Thats not how you treat a customer. Better learn how to serve a customer. I think he was the shift leader
