Runs out of Chicken on Cheaper Tuesdays every week, doesn't put up any signs and the deal for 9 pieces of Chicken for $9.95 and employee notifies us that we only have wings and drumsticks..... Almost $10 for little legs and wings.. also NOT PUTTING UP A SIGN at all to notify any other customer as well. Also pre-prepping is terrible!! Spicy chicken should be cooked and out ready like original chickens are. Tables are left unclean for almost 3hrs before staff member can come around and clean them... Terrible. Not trying, staff members also talking about unrelated topics around rush hour and forgets people's orders!! I can go on about how terrible Inala KFC is. But hey it needs a good hard look from the owner of the place or a health inspection personnel because honestly it needs to step up already!!

Ran out of gravy once I paid for the meal....offered me additional chips but requested coleslaw....but then didn't put coleslaw in the mean anyway... Also the customer next to me ordered 20 chicken nuggets paid for it then was told they have ran out of barbeque. Felt ripped off.

Dont know why I bothered. Wrap was dryed out and flakey. Not to mention the staff couldnt even wrap the wrap properly. Felt used and abused not to mention violated. Let me put my lipstick on before you do me like that. Shocking!

The customer service is so disgusting at this KFC. The person who served me was not paying attention to what i ordered and the chicken were burnt hard chicken as if sitting in warmer for so long. The packing of food was so horrible, i would not pack my dog foid in that manner. Fir most the service by young people is so not to the standard of proper customer service with no smile on facr and untidy appearance.
