Arguably the worst KFC I have been too. I have visited this store on a number of occasions and each time all of the tables have dirty trays and litter on. The floor is covered in food and the staff come across very rude. I feel that the store is possibly understaffed which means the staff working are clearly stressed. It also means they do not have time to clean and it has lead to poor standards within. Whilst there the manned till was taking cash only with the digital kiosks taking card. That is understandable to a point I believe as it frees up staff. However I witnessed one person made to wait over 15 minutes to make their order due to a lack of staff. There was 1 person behind the counter and it was 15:30. The atmosphere was tense and uninviting making me want to leave as soon as possible. The food was ok but the chicken was dry in my burger.
This restaurant has zero atmosphere, and the staff have very poor understanding of the English language making placing an order much harder than it really should have been. The food, was the worst I've ever had from any KFC in any country by Miles, old, dry and tasteless doesn't even begin to describe just how bad it was. The employee was very difficult to talk to due to his obvious lacking in language skills, I did not appreciate the employee getting upset that he couldn't communicate properly, resulting in lots of finger pointing at the menu. Cleaning was of a low standard and the restaurant furniture well below par. I DO NOT recommended visiting this restaurant Parking: Free parking for patrons of KFC.
You get the feeling no one working here actually gives a **** about customers. It’s almost like we should be thanking them for their incredibly poor service. Very, very slow to serve you. Not easy to understand and regularly get my order wrong. It’s handy when you need food, but falls far far below the expected standard of even a takeaway business. Today’s food was ok, but not juicy at all like you would expect. Tasted like it was around for a while first.
This is possibly the worst KFC I've been to in the country. I ordered 20 hot wings, i ate 2 of the wings but they were cold. I politely asked the server to exchange them for new ones. He showed attitude and took them to the back, returned 30 seconds later with the same wings that had been reheated. I asked if they were fresh ones, knowing that it couldn't be possible to fry new ones that quickly and he said they were. To avoid confrontation, I just took the wings. Its abundantly clear that these are reheated wings, not just from taste but from the fact there's only 18 wings in the bag !
The food was very bad ie. Had no taste especially the Chicken. I have been eating from so many KFC's restaurants but KFC at Sunbury killed my taste for eating from such Old brand. About their service was very terrible one, it took me about 50 minutes to get what I ordered. Meanwhile, the place wasn't busy hence I told my friend I went with that, that will be my last time for entering Sunbury KFC anytime I come for visit.
1 star for each of the 3 subheadings but I can only give 2 stars in total as I only go here when desperate. 1 star for being open and struggling to think of a reason for the second; I live fairly local to Sunbury KFC but if ever KFC is something our family ‘fancy’ we will travel to a different KFC that doesn’t serve ‘chicken’ that isn’t quite as obviously a few days old that’s been ‘cooked’ under the heat lamp
Quite possibly the rudest KFC I’ve ever been in. And I’ve been in a few... Today, I ordered some lunch on the KFC app for collection at Sunbury Cross. I paid on the app and followed the instructions to “check in” when I got there and THEN my food would be prepared. It took me 6 min to walk up there and I checked in when I got there. My number appeared on the “preparing” screen. There were 2 other people in the store ordering at the till and I stood in the waiting for collection spot. A female member of staff walked over to the drinks point behind the counter and asked me if I was collecting an order. I said yes as she started pouring drinks. She then called over to the only other person there, a man I assume was the manager and she called out my order. He walked over to the serving point and shouted at me, asking if was there to collect and order. I politely replied yes to which I was told the woman had been calling me. Despite only having just got there, checked in and my Oder show up on the screen? I told him I knew as I had acknowledged her my exact words. He repeated that she had been calling me and “that’s what happens when you order online!”. He then shoved my food at me. Now, the saying “don’t bite the hand that feeds you” works both ways here. I remained calm and polite despite this abuse because I like to have my food without spit in it. At the same time, it’s my money that is paying into your economic income, so don’t talk to people like that, ever! The food was clearly not fresh either and hardly present. By the way, I ordered the “boneless banquet” see attached picture. This store clearly survives on the business it brings in from the local youths in the evening, along with the standard ASB and crime that goes with it. That’s his target audience. I treated myself to lunch today and quite frankly, regret it. Steer clear, go to M&S or subway. Totally disgraceful service.
When you get kfc you expect it to be the same in every branch. But this was terrible. The chicken fillet in both our zinger burgers was the thinnest sliver of meat. Like they had sliced off a part of a chicken breast and beaten it out flat. The result was a really dry burger that was mainly bread
I know it’s busy, but please check your orders & that you have put all contents in the bag. Nothing worse than receiving a meal with half the goods missing.Food: 1/5
Never ever have we visited such a chaotic KFC Service extremely slow.. it would have been quicker to walk to Kentucky Order was not correct when it arrived Fries were cold. The only good thing about the place was the hard working lady clearing up the tables and looking after the general tidyness of the area I used both methods of ordering available at the time firstly on the touch screen then ordered on the App and both as slow as each other. Not sure it's a fast food outlet... Wheelchair accessibility: Not really sure about wheelchair access due to the overall condition of the pavement outside
