We ordered dinner here tonight as our regular pizza place was closed. What a big mistake ordering here. My kids couldn’t eat the chicken pops wayyy to spicy for there little mouths the chips were soggy and breaking just picking them up to put on the plate. My husband had to change his pizza 3 times…3 times and not one apology was made on each of those time. He ordered a supreme not a loaded supreme and basically it was cheese and bacon barely any ingredients did not even resemble the picture on the website so he called said he had the wrong pizza young girl just says oh bring it down we will give you another one. He gets it again looks at and they make a loaded supreme but this time just flooded in cheese and tomato sauce all over the top and no ingredients again. So back he goes and got the 3rd pizza flooded in cheese and no supreme ingredients and no apologies as I said on each pizza just a “here try that” so rudely. We won’t be spending our money here again gone down hill since the new owners. We hadn’t been here for a while and just thought we would try it unawares that it had new management but Sunbury store definitely need to lift there game. They want to keep customers not lose them. Maybe a health and safety inspection from the health department might kick them in the arse. You think after 2-3 years of lockdown they would have better respect for customers. I know it would of been a busy lead up to xmas and today boxing day but don’t take it out on your customers. Please do not order from here what a waste of $40 plus a $6.00 public holiday fee.
What is going on in Sunbury Domino's? I have been to other dominos and the pizza is good to great but Sunbury is poor. More sauce and cheese then anything else. I love my deep pan and you get thin crust. Also while there it seemed like a gang was around the shop but it was friends of the delivery drivers x2. Not good Sunbury... Kid-friendliness: My kids didn't want to get pizza due to the other kids hanging around
Very poor service, don't order delivery. have been waiting over an hour for our pizza not peak time. Called up to see what's going on, just said they don't have enough drivers, didn't even apologise, basically just said, "not my problem".
I have had Domino’s in other outlets. This was the best pizza that I’ve had so far. tasted like a gourmet Pizza. Surely this will be my go to pizza place in Sunbury
Very bad customer service their advertised pizza had topping missing as they didn’t have it in stock and refused to replace it with something else. The white chunky guy with pink cheeks was very rude and abrupt and asked me to go but from the Neighbors.
Recisist staff. I have ordered and I been to then for pick-up no body on the counter to receive after 15 minutes they knew someone is there. Very disappointing. Bot recommend
We ordered delivery to our house. Paid $70! For them to deliver to the wrong house. We called the Manager, Charlotte. To redeliver our order or issue a refund but instead was greeted with a “we cant do anything our stores about to close”. They wont even issue a refund. We have our order confirmation email and clearly states our home number! Ridiculous. Wont recommend. No dinner for the kids!
I always love coming here because of Daryll. He’s always nice and makes good pizza. 5 stars
Very bad customer service. All the staff are rude especially manager/owner. I asked to add more chili flakes they said it’s not free it has extra cost. But it’s free in whole world
Can't complaine when U can get a 5$ pizza ..!Food: 4/5
