Six months ago I've had drive through service and with a pack of 10 wicked wings and it was so dry and even my cat wouldn't eat it and it's overcooked and six months later on the 7/1/23 and thought I'll give it another try and have it for drive through again and this time I'm more disappointed than other time. The same wicked wings but was undercooked and still cold inside the chicken wings and the crumbed on the chickens are still soft not crunchy and full of greaze and the chicken tasted very old I've worked in hospitality as a chef all my life and it's the worst KFC I've ever experienced in Maryborough and as I've travelled all over Queensland and NSW and this franchise is the worst of the all, your food supervisor or the manager needs to upgrade themselves and knowing the knowledge of better safety regulations of cooking in processing and will never ever go back Maryborough KFC ever again and there's no point for me to go back and coz in and out of the town is 100km I've to travel every time, good luck and I'm sure you can make food tastes better rather than going down hills
I don't usually bother with this type of thing but I was sent as the lunch fetcher today and just completed my appreciation burp. That's definitely the best feed we have all had from a KFC - Chicken was fresh, nuggets were well coated and tender and the most impressive for me was they appear to have the gravy to spud ratio in the potato and gravy sorted. Did I just jag it or is it always like this - I report back next order - great work team KFC
Ordered a Fillet Burger, no fillet on the burger only strips, fell apart as soon as I picked it up. If I wanted a Chicken strip burger I would have ordered one. The reason I wanted a fillet burger so it is less messy to eat!
This KFC store obviously train their staff well, courteous, helpful efficient, good job guys and girls. In particular a young lad called Jordan, knew the menu well enough to describe and advise in the best value for our family, Good job. Parking: Plenty of parking
This was a take away. The food was good but we arrived at our accommodation to find they forgot the coleslaw which was part of the meal deal. Good food but check your order.Food: 5/5
Hygiene and cleanliness needs improvement. Tables wiping. Spills on the floor, over full bins, no toilet routine clean checks done. No toilet paper and hand soap in Male toilets. Plenty of team on at the timeframe. So no excuses. Lots of chatting behind counter and prep not enough work. Young gen don't see how dirty things are because they are lazy or been told to do it. Food restaurants should have the highest hygiene.
I picked up 10 pieces of hot and spicy last night, and I have to say in all the years I have been getting this chook it has never tasted this good keep up the good work.
Would not recommend eating anything from this kfc, we were on holiday and wanted something quick, hot and filling. But.. The store was absolutely filthy, it looked like they let the mess sit there for hours and we had to ask 2 times for our table to be cleaned. Our food came to us cold especially the burgers The gravy was disgusting, and also our chips were cold as well but not only that, it came with a surprise - a flying ant was also in/on our chips As a kfc lover, this store has completely ruined my love and taste for their food anywhere
Not much.. chips weren't salty or crisp.. burger.. chicken too thick & not much sauce. No straws to drink with either.
Been there maybe 3 times now and everytime the wicked wings are so dry and hard. Its like its been cooked for days. It's so disappointing since it's the only KFC in Maryborough. Staff there are OK but food is meh
