I come here 5 times a week, staff are always working hard. There's a guy named Kyle, who puts in 110% with everything he does, and makes sure customers are happy. I also heard he cleans out everything when he's on a closing shift. 10/10, always gonna come back. Vegetarian options: Pretty much everything has chicken in it. Parking: Literally so many places to park. Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs.
FARK OFF waited 40 minutes for 2 boxed meals. & on top of that 20 minutes into waiting they hadn’t even made the meals yet. was told prior would be a TEN MINUTE WAIT for wicked wings. AND every single staff member looked 16!! Absolutely no idea what they are doing. Absolutely appalled with whoever was on management tonight, POOR SERVICE ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! Will not be coming back here ever again, every time I come here it’s an absolute disgrace. Had about 10 angry people outside waiting for meals the same time we arrived or 10 minutes after, just shocking. SHOCKING!
The chicken was over cooked and had that much oil dripping out of it, the chips looked like they had been sitting under the hot light all day, the bacon and cheese zinger burger was a fillet burger with burnt or over cooked bacon. When we looked into the kitchen area there was food on the floor and the staff were walking either on it or over it instead of cleaning it up as there was several staff members just walking around chatting and giving a drive through customer attitude, but 1 young girl did apologise to the driver for the other staff members attitude, I go to this KFC regularly and feel it's getting worse, something really needs to be done about it.
Terrible experience going through the drive through. Half of our orders were missing and when we went back around to ask for the rest we were met with the most appalling attitudes I’ve ever come across in customer service, to say ‘rude staff’ would be a gross understatement. We were actually told to ‘shut up’. I’m not sure how kfc trains their staff to handle customer complaints, but let’s just say next time we’ll be going to maccas across the road where they are always polite and friendly :
Easy to get parking. Most of the staffs here looks like after school or very very young. Always have 1 piece of chicken wings missing when I do take away for several times. Maybe they are bad at counting 1 to 10 or the 10th pieces reserved for supper.Food: 1/5
Terrible food ,chicken was old and dry .When I took it back staff member told me if you want fresh you have to ask them to cook it and wait for it ?? Who wants to buy chicken thats dry and old?? Rude young staff didn't offer me a refund or fresh chicken Would never go here again !
The wraps were thrown together not what we asked for and then thrown in bag all open nothing we ordered was what we wanted I will never order here again. The chips under cooked and not even the sauces we asked for the presentation was disgusting.
I've been here a few times. Everything is great 9 out of 10 times. I did once go in and waited over 5 minutes for someone to serve me even then it was an employee who had come in from mopping who interrupted their chat. They were all out back laughing, joking which is great to see but they should be aware of customers coming in. Otherwise I'll still be returning.
While the staff were helpful, the food was nothing short of sub standard. Soggie chips, dry chicks, poorly prepared burger. KFC has lost its way on producing good fried chicken in this locationFood: 2/5
So rude I’ve never had this kind rudeness. I wanted to have 9 pieces Tuesday special but i noticed it’s available only in the KFC App. so I ordered through the App and get the order number. i was waiting for around 3-5minutes to get my order but no one called me. so i spoke to one staff. i asked “do i have to use drive thru or just wait here in the restaurant?” and that staff answered “you don’t have to use drive thru” so I waited for 3-5minutes again but no one called me. so I approached the counter but ‘Jess’ She didn’t listen to me and explain. She just said you have to queue in order line again without a magic word ‘please’. I just wanted to ask what to do after i got a order number in KFC App. Anyway it’s getting more people in the order line while i was waiting for the staff to get help. So I went back to my car to queue in drive thru and it took less than 3minutes to get my order. It was not a big deal but her rudeness made my day so ruin. if she tried to listen to what customer wanted, she could give me the answer in few seconds and no one would get upset
