The Burgers are better at Hungry Jacks - especially Meadowbrook - my Whopper was fresh - fresh bun, lovely crisp onion and fresh lettuce and sliced tomato. Beef patty cooked just right - chips were good as well. Good service and quick. Went back to confirm how good the whopper was - not disappointed - soooo very good and they always provide napkins.
The manager was mad at something and rolling her eyes when I was ordering my food. She then put the food on the counter without calling out or saying anything for me to pick it up. I work in retail myself but this level of service is unacceptable.
What is the sauce phobia about? I order a meal it Includes sauce. I got sick of it missing so I ask at the count every time . Sometimes they give it to me then and there win win. But sometimes they argue they will put it in the bag with the rest. Every time they say this. No sauce. EVER. So I go back. What's it gonna take a video compliation of me asking for sauce included in my meal and not being delivered?
This store is bloody useless. I spent 10 minutes in the drive through without getting served yet I could see staff through the open back door. Then I spent 5 minutes inside at the counter and NO staff to serve at all as they were ALL ou the back, no one was even in the kitchen.Food: 1/5
Always get asked to park even when you're the only person in the drive through. When asked why that is, we were told that it's because the regional manager gets up them if we are in the drive through too long which seems ridiculous. If I wanted to park, I would have walked inside. Sick of having to wait an unreasonable amount of time for our food everytime
Who gives you icecream and says park and wait for your burgers ?? When I questioned how long it would be I was told just wait there ....5mins later my burgers came .When I got home they had not even been heated up stone cold!! Disgusting food ...chips were old and dry ..never go here !!
Ordered bacon deluxe hunger tamer meal. Was asked confirm coke and fries large yes thanks. U did not pay attention to price been a long weekend my bad. What special staff you have to add a 6 dollar burger that contains nothing I've stopped visiting mcdonalds due to incompetence thanks hungry jacks for proving that your 12 year olds in store are just as incompetent I'll make my own food from now on. Sad future for humanity when the future generation cannot take a simple order.
mate I went an snagged a JFC spicy burger combo and the geezer in the back making them was a legend i think his name was cooper P or something and he was crazy. great experience and polite workers. came in sunday 21st around 6:16 and it was mad busy but all was good when i seen the legend making the burgers i knew i was in for a treat :
i asked for the new bubble gum storm and they gave me someting that tasted off and it was sticky blue like the smurfs had been getting up to some mischief. I told a kitchhen boy cooper or somtheing and he irresponsible told me "Im just jealous that papa smurf got ins with muma smurf" i thought that was the rudest thing ive ever experienced.
I ordered 1 Whopper meal and Ice coffee. After waiting in line for 10 to pay for my order in drive thru, I was asked to move to the waiting bay. I waited 20 mins for my Burger meal to come out and they forgot my drinks. Female worker says won't be long and goes back in. Still sitting in the waiting bay and now 20 cars drive off with their order and still waiting. I then tell my daughter to go inside and check, here is the lady that said she would be back.. serving customers. My daughter then waited another 6mins in line to get our coke n iced coffee. This Hungry Jacks always forgets something in your order or like myself, forget your waiting in the waiting bay for your food and drinks. 40mins for a meal and extra drink
