We hadn't been to this branch for a number of years but were around the corner and felt like KFC for dinner. I wish we hadn't. They now have self serve kiosks to order from but I never have good experiences with these so went to the counter to order. The served looked at me three times but didn't tell me he'd be with me shortly; he just ignored me. After a few minutes of being ignored, I tried the kiosk. True to form it didn't have one of the items I wanted, even though it was displayed on the menu board behind the counter. So I went back to the counter where I was ignored again. Eventually I had to call the server over to explain the kiosk want working and I wanted to order from him. He then didn't know how to find an item an extra 4 pieces of original chicken and had to go get help to complete the order. We watched as he wiped his nose with the back of both his hands, and then he packed our chicken. When I collected the order, I checked with him whether he had packed the extra 4 pieces, which he said he had and then when I turned around to walk away I heard him say "Oh my god!" to his colleague. I checked the order before leaving as I often get the wrong order packed at KFC yes, it's fair for you to ask me why I keep going back! I opened the box containing the extra 4 pieces and took it back to complain. It had 2 wings, a thigh, and a drum stick. All four pieces were abnormally small, with the drum stick having barely any meat on it. The manager agreed that drum stick was below standard, but they had run out of original chicken and they could give me their last two wings or I could wait 10 minutes while the rest of meal grew cold. Needless to say, I accepted the two wings and left. I would like to say it was worth all the trouble but to be honest the chicken was not very good - it was all way too over cooked and dry. I won't be going back to this branch and will avoid KFC in general for a while, I think
Always a good place to visit. The young lady who served was very helpful, smiling newed all about her job helping everyone around. I got a zinger box and she offered me more to buy and asked about the drinks witch I took Sunkist. The boys were really busy serving drive-through was good. I recommend to everyone , everybody. That was on the night of Friday 2/12/22 .
This KFC is really good & best in the area. We live in Mt. Waverley and happy to travel a little extra distance for a perfect hot wings and zinger burger. Foods here always cooked to perfection with the right amount of sauce. Very easy click and collect via apps for mid week takeaway dinner. I've never had any issues ever and the food is good as it should be. Avoid Friday night as traffic is terrible in this location. The staff do a good job with a smile on their face, keep up the good work.
Do not get a delivery from this store if you want all the food your ordered and paid for delivered. They always forget something from the order. I gave them one last try tonight and again missing items from my order. I definitely would not recommend
New review 2023: Similar problems, Zinger Box is awful, not fresh, zinger filkets are jot fresh and they are not cooked properly, chips were stale, Gravy tub was cracked. Wasted money Old Review: Long wait. Untrained new staff at front end but long queue. She asked me whats a Shaker Salad with Grilled Tenders but I'm not KFC employee, I can't tell her how to use her register computer. When I got it it had lettuce that's gone off. They had vegetable juice on the bottom of the cup. Manager asked me for receipt when I asked for a refund should just give refund as he saw the lettuce but didn't care.
Been 3 times. They always forget something!! Why?? And guess what they forgot last time... my chips in the Zinger Box!! Thats like walking out the front door without pants on. Do a U-turn to go back food gets cold.. this..that. Waste of time. Now I drive another 15mins down the road. Pick your game up it's not hard. 2 stars cause whatever i did get was actually hot and tasty.

It's KFC. Like most KFC restaurants, the probability of getting your takeaway order correct is about 50%. Because of the cooking process KFC follows in general, the quality of the food is directly influenced by the time of your visit. Don't eat fast food unless it's at peak lunch/dinner time.
The girl doing the drive thru was unenthusiastic and clearly uninterested, we waited quite a while for our burger and popcorn chicken slab, food was completely wrong and we were given just chicken instead. DisappointedFood: 2/5
Served by Ethan. He was very pleasant and made the dine in experience lovely. His customer service skills were wonderful. Food was fresh, restaurant clean. This KFC is wonderful
