Our meal was fresh,hot. The best KFC I have had in long while. Thank you
Made an order of some zinger burgers online only to get to the drive through and told they didn’t have any so had no choice but to have fillet burgers only to get home and the fillet was not much bigger than a nugget. The young girl definitely doesn’t like her job horrible customer service.
Very poor, dining area was almost empty but all tables were absolutely filthy and in need of a good clean. Had a big banner up for a promo that wasn't even current.
Good fresh KFC, clean and healthy
Staff were too busy chatting behind the scenes to focus on packing the order properly. My meal was so wrong I actually decided to go in after drive through to sort it out, out of character for me, I stood around for a while before someone cared to see what was up. Would have hated to go through at peak hour.
The KFC on the highway out of town is much better! I always drive the extra mile, I definitely think it's worth it, better food taste and quality
Taylor in the drivethru could do with some customer service training. We understand that you hate your job, but looking down your nose at customers is not cool, and the snarky comment was not appreciated. 2 stars because the chicken was pretty good.
Chicken over cooked and tough, advised management both locally and head office on a few occasions things haven't changed. They never got back to me so if they don't care neither do I
Just travelling through and needed something quick to eat. Staff were great, food was good..thank you a top country food outlet.
