The slowest kfc ever, after self order it takes around 40mins waiting to get the takeaway, and I only ordered 3 wicked wing+2 pieces of chicken, the very basic food in kfc, supposed ready in 5 mins, and the chicken is very dry
I stopped in on my way thru to home. Parking was easy. They have those machines to order on but I don't like them. I like to be served by a real person. The staff on were so obliging and more than happy to help me. I asked for fresh chips to be cooked for me, that was no problem. And I tell you what the meal and service was the highlight of my day. I didnt grab all the names of the team on but Gary, Trina and Jade keep up the good service, your customers will appreciate it
One of the best visits to this place so far! I only come in every so often but my gosh the service from last nights team was incredible 24/3, when I walked in last night there were afew people around but the restaurant was clean. The lady on the window was clearly moving with efficiency. The manager blonde lady I didn’t get her name but she was awesome she helped me figure out the order machines, very helpful!. My order was given pretty quickly by Gary. I will be back in the future this visit was amazing
I went through the drive through on Friday and I was welcomed by a lovely lady Jayde , who helped with all my questions. She was understanding with my slow pace ordering and kept an upbeat attitude, she made the experience at kfc amazing. Definitely will be back!!
Bathrrooms and restaurant clean.nIncredibly friendly staff. Carmelle manager was encouraging/trainung a team member. Chips perfect. Crisp, salty and hot.. And finally chicken was tasty and hot. One of the best experiences ive had. Thank you. Doc welby
