Best tasting KFC I ever had, only thing wrong was potato and gravy was half full of gravy. Could do with more staff as they were under the pump and that is what slowed them down with service. Well done guys Excellent chicken. You need to teach Benalla KFC how to cookFood: 5/5

We've given this place chance after chance and every single time I leave disappointed. This is our local and my wife is big into fried chicken, so I think we've been close to 2 dozen times. Probably 80% of those times we leave with the order in the bag wrong. The food being hotter when he get it home isn't worth the fact that something as simple as a fast food order can't be followed by this place. We'll be not returning ever. It needs new management, and by the other reviews it's needed new management for years now.

They were very busy. I had to ask to be served but the lady who served me was straight on it, and my food came quickly. Food tasty quite good too. I haven't overly enjoyed KFC recently, but this one was good.

This KFC pretty much never has bacon, I don't know what's going on, do they never order bacon or are the managers so incompetent they don't think 'hey we always run out of bacon, maybe we should buy more'... from my interactions with one of the managers there who didn't know how type a card number into an efpos machine and couldn't reset a computer that projects the menu on the boards I'm guessing it's the later.

It took 7 minutes to order and after 17 minutes I got a refund back I couldn't wait for the food any longer it's absolutely atrocious service.Food: 1/5

Where do I begin.. this store needs a serious refresh in customer service and food quality. There have been numerous, and I mean numerous occasions every single time we attend this store when items of the order are forgotten and we have to go into the store or back through the drive-thru to request the items. The service is terrible, no personality, no element of good customer service whatsoever. It’s like you’ve hired children who don’t want to be there - what sort of management looks after this store? I have nothing positive to say about this store or it’s staff. Food is always terrible quality - from soggy and cold chips to bland, cold chicken. I can’t believe KFC are happy to let this kind of behaviour continue - just look at your google reviews. This is the closest store to us but we’ll go to red rooster from now on. For the sake of your brand - address the complaints you see online, it’s embarrassing. Also - they respond to these complaints by telling us to report it directly to KFC, I did that and they simply said they’d pass it onto the store management - hilarious to think that’ll do anything, management has no clue.

I'd consider myself a regular customer of 15-20 years of the franchise across several locations in QLD and VIC, and this is consistently the worst KFC I have ever experienced. Doesn't matter what time, what day, what you order - it is nothing short of a disaster. I don't even think I've had a neutral experience, they've all been noticeably disappointing for one reason or another. I literally drive past it to get to the Thornbury one infinitely better, but every now and then I'm forced to see if things at Coburg have changed. Spoiler alert: they never have.

Orders are frequently wrong with items left out. Staff consistently rude. One of the worst KFC stores I have ever been to. Finally had enough, as convenient as it is, it just isn't worth it.

THE WORST. I would like to give them zero stars, really. After not visiting for a very long time due to repeated bad experiences, I thought I would try again. That was a mistake. Visited tonight to be greeted by 20 lethargic customers/delivery people waiting, waiting, waiting, and complete chaos behind the counter. It took 15 minutes just to order and staff had to be prompted to take orders. Eventually a young blonde man served me. He seemed to find my very simple order difficult to ring up, and refrained from using basic manners like please or thank you. I settled in for the painful wait. None of the staff were working in any sort of organised fashion. Five people who had been given food returned and pointed out that their order was incorrect. One lady came back to note that her extra chips were missing. Blondie decided to argue with her instead of checking. She had to open up everything before he bothered to believe her - and then no apology. Another guy flat out left instead of collecting his order. After most of the original customers had eventually been served, I asked why my order was taking so long. A young lady, presumably a manager, said that there was no chicken. Really? Why hadn't the blonde guy mentioned this? Who knows. The young manager offered to find out how long it would take, then disappeared. When I got my order, it was wrong. They didn't care. Apparently supplying me with the correct items would take a lot longer. I chose to leave. Blondie thought it was amusing. The place was filthy and the food sub-standard, greasy and gross. Should be bulldozed.

Sauce on the outside of burger, not the inside. I had a good meal here once, sadly given it a go a few more times and it’s been shiiiiiiiiithouse on every aspect too many times since. But that’s the dice you roll at kfc I guess ‍ way too expensive for what they pump out
