the worst zinger burger I've had in my lifeFood: 5/5
Honestly this was one of the worst KFC experiences I've had in a long time. Made even worse by the fact that I've just got back from Japan and seen what great restaurants look like. There was no clean tables anywhere with rubbish littered all over the store. The counter was full of unhappy people gathered watching patiently for their number to appear. We waited over 20 minutes for our two burger combos. The only saving grace was that the food was OK. To top it all off the potato didn't come with spoons but we didn't dare ask the staff as they were all struggling with the orders. Oh... and don't get me started on the state of the toilets. Pitiful. Disgraceful. Simply disappointing.
By far my new go to for KFC… Jacob and his team are professional and courteous, the chicken is well cooked and tasty… there is an even selection of pieces in the feasts and the chips are cooked to perfection, can’t say enough good things about KFC Rockdale
Good service and correct order taken at the drive-thru, but the pieces of Wicked Wings were the smallest I've ever seen in my Zinger Box ~3cm each. I suspect not even Wicked Wings as they did not have bones in them.
Received email for delivery promotion offer so I Ordered it. Delivery person was nice and came quick but shocking to see inside if bag. I order 4 large chips, 8 original chickens and few others. But all 4boxes of chips only filled about half of each boxes and 5small chickens out of 8. Bag was sealed with security sticker, this mean ouviously KFC Rockdale packed on purposely less and chosen small chickens. Such a disappointed experience. After eat some my wife start unwell. End Up she was vomiting and diarrhoea for a while. Unfortunately Food poison happed.
Alot of construction work going on. Quality gone to zero as has any service. Plenty of other chicken chops in the area highly recommended you skip this KFC
A local KFC to me that somehow never manages to mess up my order compared to the order KFCs and this alone deserves a 5 star. HOWEVER, i duly note there the wicked wings here have been quite lacking because of it being overcooked to the point where it tastes a bit charred. But i will give it the benefit of the doubt since it’s not always like this. Plz give me better wingz ty
I've just been there and ordered a tender chicken burger for only $4.95! I was very impressed with tge speed of service. I 'd just started looking for a suitable table when I was called to get my order. I enjoyed the burger as well, the chicken was amazing.
We are regulars to this branch. Close to our home. Place is clean. Staffs are friendly and accommodating. Chicken are always cook properly.Food: 5/5
Kfc Rockdale, I ordered a family meal for my kids and me, I came home and opened the box and came to find there was multiple hairs and greases finger marks all over the box and half bitten chips. The most disgusting and most Outlandish food service, I have ever been encountered. Also got dirty looks and bad service by a employee named Elaro/ Wanted refund now
