Missing items in order, not 1st time this has happened. Products not available, not the 1st time. Overall the food is not what KFC used to be. The chicken they use these days are very small. Chips were not crispy. Value for money is poor. I am over buying KFC, better takeaway options available. A pity because it was once very good.
Very slow service but understandable in these times. I did not expect a cold soggy zinger burger, no fries with either of our meals even though I specifically asked the girl if we had everything. We haven't had KFC for about 2 years because of cold food and forgotten extras. Thought we would give it another go. Happy Father's Day!
Not only are they now serving pigeon pieces there is barely any covering of spices at all. Cost cutting going wrong. 21 pieces which is a bucket is regularly only half full due to tiny pieces of chicken. Where's the 11 herbs and spices rather than what you serve and more often than not, no coleslaw. Pick up your act. Cairns KFC is by far better and worth the drive if you must.
Uber eats delivery was perfect. Food was total disappointment. Replacement items 3 dry dinner rolls and chips for chocolate mousse. Zinger burger was a dry piece of chicken with nothing else on bun. This is not the first time and is most definitely our last our order has been incorrect. Called to notify of burger, processed refund but not for 3-5 days. So flippant on the phone. So dissatisfied
I stopped in earlier to get a 3 piece meal and honestly the guy serving behind the counter didn't crack a smile once. He was preparing the meals so slowly a sloth would have been faster. There was a large order sitting on the counter for about 10 minutes after he called it out and there were so many people waiting anyone could have taken it. He called out my meal which sat there for about 5 minutes because I didn't understand what he said I then asked what it was and he said a 3 piece meal and I said that's mine and took it and walked out. The meals was horrible it tasted oily and old. I had no spoon or cleaning wipe. I won't be going there again.
9/10 there is always something wrong with my drive-through order; 1 ordered a Family Feast, I was charged and got a Giant Feast, 2 I asked to make sure I had the cutlery packs, the girl said "it'll be in the bag", and as always... It wasn't. 3 and... 5x legs, 3x wings, 2x ribs.... Mmmmm not happy No matter how loyal I want to be, staff just make sure I get disappointed every single time.... KFC... Train yourstaff better please!
Nearly every time I've been there, they've been out of stock of a lot of things. I've also asked for 3 wicked wings & only received 2. The gravy which I normally love was so watery that it may as well have been brown water. Twice I received my gravy like that. I'm not going back to the Smithfield KFC! What a disappointment
Bruh moment, 2 out of 3 tenders, both look like they were dropped a few times each lol
The 2nd time I have ordered KFC via Uber Eats. The first time the food was awful but I thought I'd give them another chance. Uber service was great but the food was terrible - chicken fillet tiny and completely dried out, chicken piece was so dried out that it was basically just a bone with burnt coating. No extra Mayo as requested. Even my pets refused to taste it. Worst KFC in Cairns. I would give zero stars but then I can't post the comment, so 1 star it is, under protest.
