Bought 3 ultimate burger boxes for lunch on 11th October 2024nThe food was disgusting, chickens was well over cooked, dark in colour, dried and oily , the chicken in the burgers where dry, tough and hard to eat and the bun was definitely not fresh, potato and gravy was discoloured and chips where soggynDue to living out of town we did not go back into KFC store and complain.nDefinitely the worst meal we’ve ever had and will not be going back there
The chicken and nuggets were disgusting, nuggets burnt and chicken tasted like it had been cooked in burnt oil and was almost black, really really full of oil, terrible. If I didn't live 140kms away I would have returned it. Shouldn't have to check your order before you leave the store, really disappointed
40 minute wait really fast food could have went over the road to the pub and had a proper feed quicker
Placed an app order and waited 25 mins for an order.. walked up to the counter and staff just ignored multiple times.. finally asked for a manager and the manager just said we will get to it!!! Only one young boy was courteous enuf to get my order and apologise
the chips were pretty good but thats about it. I had limited time waffle double and they barely added a drop of sauce. Napkin/spoon packet was also missing which didn’t help when eating the slimy and not crunchy chicken.
