I recently ordered 21 pieces of chicken from your establishment, expecting the quality and crispiness that your brand is known for. However, upon receiving my order, I was extremely disappointed to find that the chicken was soggy and not crispy at all.nnI immediately called the manager to report the issue, and I was advised to return with the chicken for a resolution. However, upon arriving at the restaurant, the manager simply stated that even if the chicken was replaced, it would be the same quality. What baffles me the most is the complete lack of an apology or any attempt to make things right.nnThis experience has been a waste of both my time and money. I believe customer satisfaction should be a priority, and unfortunately, that was not the case here. I strongly suggest others think twice before choosing to dine here, as this level of service is unacceptable.nnI hope this matter is taken seriously, and improvements are made to both food quality and customer service.
Overall probably enjoyed the fries from this store than any other store that I have eaten from. I could actually taste the spices/salt in the fries. It still needed more salt but it's been the best store for the last 3yrs. Something the Head office needs to resolve. It was for this reason why I stopped going to KFC regularly. The night team at the site on Sunday night need to better organised but otherwise good. There were quite a few delays to everyone's meals.
Food was good actually. The wait time though was ridiculous. You know people travel on long weekends right? Put more staff on. You had cars lined up on the road and about 70 people in the store and only one of you on front counter. The girl that served me was great and as I said the food was really good. Just put on more staff and don't be afraid to pay overtime you definately would have covered the shift the day I was there anyway.
Food was good, I ordered on the app and went through the drive through but still have a 20 minute wait with only 1 person in front of me. Definitely need to look at seeing if the can incorporate a waiting bay in the drive through
Manager Josh was a super star, very helpful and accommodating.nnShout out to Amelia who had to remake my burger, again, very good service and assistance.nnThanks team!
