It was honestly disappointing, I’m not sure if people still care what customers eat or it’s just serve so we can go. I ordered a wrap through the drive through and the wrap isn’t even wrapped, chicken is very salty and no sauce on it. This is me just coming from the drive through 10 mins ago, I didn’t even keep the wrap to have it unwrap or in any better presentation. So disappointing
We travel through Horsham from South Australia to Melbourne, half a dozen times a year and often stop at KFC for lunch and take away. The food is usually great, but today we had to wait 4 minutes for the chicken tenders to be cooked, which turned into 8 minutes. I think our large hot chips sat in the bag for this time because they were old and definately not fresh, and we couldn't believe the box wasess than half full. There was also no salt on the chips, so we just couldn't eat them. The chicken pieces were nice and the drinks were lovely ice cold. Maybe it was a bad day, because usually it's much better. We didnt realise any of this until we got to the park toeat our me. Of course we'll be back - who doesn't love KFC, but thought the store manager just needs to know to have advertised food on special, in supply, and dont leave soft cold unsalted chips in the bag if other things aren't ready for the customer. The staff were great and very cheerful and friendly.
Wow the best kfc ever eaten. Cook to perfection and. O fuss made what piece needed . It is nice they understand the importance of fusy eaters. Even when I asked them for second srv3. And specially said the kfx tenders needs to look like kfc tenders and he made sure all pieces were that shape. Dev doesn't like his kfc tenders look like nuggets or are of tiny piece.nnThanks team for doing this and hope all kfc can be like you guys be inclusive for fusey eaters. I know we are minority but every nice gesture makes a big difference. So kids and parents come to this restaurantnThe chicken the tigh tasted good..it had the chicken flavour and easy to chew and is juicy
This kfc was the slowest , fast food restaurant I’ve ever been to. They were too slow and took forever to serve the orders. There were around 20 people waiting more than 20-30 mins to take their orders.
Got 2 hotrod packs advertised outside for $4.95 each. Hot chips weren't fresh and crisp and packs were half empty. Nothing like picture advertised.
