Staffs are very slow. No interest for their job. Doing it for name sake . Too slow compared to all other hungry jacks . Especially in the morning

I ordered burguer and onion rings. Onion rings was soggy and not so hot. Feels like was prepared in morning.  Burguer was similar. No sauce. Totally dry, few pieces of lettuce and 2 half rings of tomato. Atleast patty was warm. But overall experience was bad. Maybe they know they are only one open during late night and they know people have no where to go so taking advantage of that and serving not so good food.

Sooo…I finally figured out why I prefer the Maccas coffee; I watched them pour “the extra espresso shots” I ordered into another cup & not give it to me.nnSTOP GIVING ME WEAK COFFEE & GIVE ME WHAT I PAY FOR!!!nnSTOP STEALING MY $$$nnIF I PAY FOR EXTRA; YOU GIVE ME EXTRA!nnYOU GIVE ME WATERY COFFEE EVERY TIME AT THIS LOCATION LATELY; HOW DOES 2 EXTRA ESPRESSO SHOTS = WATERY COFFEE?!nnTHE SERVING PERSON EVEN LIED THAT THERE WAS “EXTRA” IN THERE AFTER IT WAS SEEN THAT SHE PUT IT IN ANOTHER CUP?! nnWHY DID YOU DO THAT?! nnYou are ruining your reputation at this store cause previously I felt happy about this location;nnThe staff at this location are really friendly & kind! nnThe coffee here is also on point & so is the hot chocolate! nnThank you for being awesome!

On walking in the door I was appalled at the amount of rubbish on the floor. None of the tables looked to have not been wiped down since the last patrons. I realise they were pretty busy but surely 1 can zip out and do a quick clean up. We opted to sit in the car and eat. No sauce sachets for my chicken ribs.  And the nuggets seem to have suffered from shrinkflation. I dont live there, but I wont be in any rush to go back when next I do pass through.

Would give more stars if i could. The people here are wonderful, nothing is too much trouble. Our food was hot and fresh, ad the hot chocolate was perfect. Definitely the best HJs.
