0 stars for service. I’ve been here two times for my Melbourne trip and they just don’t care about app orders.nI had to wait 20-30 minutes for an app order and was told coming in 2 minutes .nFood was alright. Recently renovated so it’s cleaner than before.

The burgers were stone cold. The frys should never go in the microwave.nOn the bright side, the lovely staff member tried  her best to resolve the matter.nThe management should be looking to fix the fryer so the chips are fresh.nStop looking at proft $$$$$ and fix the equipment.nAnd clean the mould off your signs on your building. If I were a manager there, I would be ashamed of it.

I was thoroughly impressed by the efficient and composed handling of the bustling Easter Monday evening rush at this restaurant. Despite being fully packed, the team managed the crowd swiftly and calmly. Regardless of how busy it was I must say, the almond latte was delightful. While cleanliness was a bit compromised due to the rain pouring outside and the crowded restaurant, it was expected given the circumstances. Overall, a commendable performance by the team during such a busy holiday time.

The coffee was decent and the Whopper was just okay not bad for a quick stop while travelling but nothing special. The playground was a nice touch for kids though.
