The food was horrendous. The Uber was nice enough to wait patiently for your silly little workers To cook our food. He was waiting there for half an hour and was telling your employees to hurry up. Threw it in the bin as soon as I got it. Very nice Uber, But weren’t impressed
Horrible experience. The cashier spilled my potato and gravy in my bag, I then asked for a new potato and gravy and she snatched my bag to replace it. After this, she gave me a complete wrong order. I ordered 8 wicked wings and it was replaced with a supercharged snack pack. I only discovered this once all the way home. Tried to call multiple times to which they did not pick up the phone. The cashiers behaviour was easy to dismiss, but unsure how difficult it is to pack 8 wicked wings.
Went to KFC Glenelg this evening and bought a 3 piece meal and a chicken wrap, just chicken and the wrap. I was charged $10 for the wrap which we ended up throwing it out.The rest of the chips were old and tasteless. The chicken was horribly dry. The place had 6 tables full of rubbish. Whoever runs this place needs retraining about customer service and selling quality products. Will not purchase ever again.
We ordered 2 x 3piece box on drive through tonight and chicken are very dry and crust very hard. Cannot taste the original kfc chicken recipe! The rolls are hard to eat. The chicken pieces and rolls looks like it was cooked and ready a while and was just reheated to serve for our 5pm drive through order. Very disappointed!! Will not be returning!!!
The oil was old and should have been changed a while ago, if it wasn’t oily it was very dry and had been sitting too long. Staff member on drive through was lovely with great manner, just a shame the food was so terrible. Unlikely to eat KFC for another few years.
